Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?

Just six data points get you quotes: your gender, when you were born, how you'd describe your health, tobacco use yes or no, how much coverage you want, and how many years you'd like it for. No identification required to view rates.

Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?

Quotes display what each insurer would charge for your selected coverage amount, duration, and health category. Underwriting by the carrier may adjust pricing up or down depending on their review. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding quote or price commitment.

What happens when I click Apply?

You'll proceed to a secure application on the carriers' system with your answers already entered. The form is pause-able—step away, come back whenever. Once done entering all details, you sign electronically. Susman Insurance Agency (License 0B75129) manages the submission.

Will I need a medical exam?

The carrier's rules, your requested amount, and your health answers determine this. Many modern carriers offer quick-decision programs that skip exams for certain applicants; each quote tells you whether an exam is required, possibly needed, or not part of the process.

Is a longer term better?

A term should correspond to your biggest money responsibilities: the remaining mortgage, raising kids to adulthood, business obligations. Longer terms cost more monthly but hold that price steady for more years. You're able to examine 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30-year quotes at once.

Does this site sell my information?

Our site doesn't store your personal information, we don't exchange your details with others, our tracking technology uses no cookies. Head to our privacy policy to see the full accounting of data gathering and use.
